No, working with the system is simple and intuitive. Most of the data is entered directly through clear forms - without the need for complex import. Data can be conveniently exported from the module to Excel for analysis or reports. Import from Excel is not yet in the basic version, but the system is ready for expansion - in cooperation with us, we can add automation scripts that will also enable import according to the needs of a specific customer.

Yes. All documents – PDFs, images and office files – are stored securely in the cloud on AWS S3. In the case of modules where a larger volume of attachments is uploaded (e.g. calibrations or OTK), the files are automatically compressed or merged into one PDF to make the records clearer. Thanks to this, all documents are always available directly from the system - without the need for network links or local folders.

Yes, Mafert is a pure web application, optimized for mobile viewing. There is no need to install anything - just open it in your browser and you can add it to your desktop as an app. Main records (eg internal and external errors, complaints, service requests or checklists) can be easily entered on the mobile. Some settings - for example editing error types or configuring modules - are only available from the desktop. However, the company portal and Support also work fully on mobile devices, including communication and request management.
